This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes the types of Greeter, Inc. ("Greeter",” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect and process from and about you. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, the Policy applies to any and all websites, mobile applications, and any other electronic and/or digital products and/or other services that are made available by Greeter and that link to this Policy, and our offline services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree to the practices described in this Policy, please do not access or use the Services. Undefined capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Greeter Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
When you access or otherwise use our Services, we may collect information from you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our Services. Please note that we need certain types of information to provide the Services to you. If you do not provide us with such information, or if you ask us to delete that information, you may no longer be able to access or use certain Services. The information we collect may include data you directly provide to us, data we obtain automatically from your interactions with our Services, and data we obtain from other sources. Information you provide directly to us. We may collect information directly from you. For example, you may provide us with information when you use the Services, communicate with us, register for an account, subscribe to newsletters, or participate in a promotion. Information you provide directly to us may concern you and others and may include, but is not limited to:
- Account Information: When you create an account with us, we will collect information associated with your account, including your name, contact information, account credentials, payment information, and transaction history, (collectively, “Account Information”).
- User Content: We collect Personal Data that you provide in the input to our Services (“Content”), including your prompts and other content you upload, such as files, images, and audio, depending on the features you use.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and administer our Services, and improve your experience. If you use our Services without creating an account, we may store some of the information described in this policy with cookies, for example to help maintain your preferences across browsing sessions.
Information Use
We use each category of personal information about you:
- To provide you with the Services;
- To improve and develop our Services and conduct research, for example to develop new product features;
- To communicate with you, including to send you information about our Services and events, for example about changes or improvements to the Services;
- To prevent fraud, illegal activity, or misuses of our Services, and to protect the security of our systems and Services;
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of our users or third parties.
We may combine information that we collect from you through the Services with information that we obtain from other sources. We may also aggregate and/or de-identify information collected through the Services. We may use and disclose de-identified or aggregated data for any purpose, including without limitation for research and marketing purposes.
As noted above, we may use Content you provide us to improve our Services.
Information Protection
We implement physical, business, and technical security measures to safeguard your personal information. In the event of a security breach, we will notify you so that you can take appropriate protective steps. We only keep your personal information for as long as is needed to do what we collected it for. After that, we destroy it unless required by law to maintain it.
Other Information
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the services and fulfill the transactions you have requested, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and other legitimate and lawful business purposes. Because these needs can vary for different data types in the context of different services, actual retention periods can vary significantly based on criteria such as user expectations or consent, the sensitivity of the data, the availability of automated controls that enable users to delete data, and our legal or contractual obligations. As part of our normal operations, your information may be stored in computers in countries outside of your home country. By giving us information, you consent to this kind of information transfer. Irrespective of where your information resides, we will comply with applicable law and our commitments herein. We do not want your personal information if you are under 13 years old, and you are not allowed to provide it to us or use the Services if you are under 13 years old. If your child is under 13 years old, and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have such information removed.
European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom (“UK”), Swiss, and California users
The following rights are granted under the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), and Greeter applies these rights to all users of our products, regardless of location: (i) the right to know what personal information we collect from you; (ii) the right to know if your personal information is being shared and to whom; (iii) the right to access your personal information; and (iv) the right to exercise your privacy rights without being discriminated against.
EEA, UK, and Swiss Users: Our lawful bases for collecting and processing personal information under the GDPR and similar regimes include performing our contract with you and providing our services. We receive technical and interaction data of users, which may include IP addresses, for legitimate purposes, including but not limited to improving the security and reliability of the Services, preventing abuse, and understanding where people learn about the Services. Where we ask for your consent to process your information, you can always withdraw such consent.
California Users: Under the CCPA, California residents have additional rights, including: (i) the right to request personal information about to be deleted, subject to several exceptions; (ii) the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (note that we do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA and have not done so in the past 12 months; and (iii) the right to designate, in writing or through a power of attorney, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights under the CCPA. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require the agent to provide proof you have authorized it to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. To provide or delete specific pieces of personal information, we will need to verify your identity to the degree of certainty required by law. We will verify your request by asking you to send it from the email address associated with your account or requiring you to provide information necessary to verify your account.

Changes
We may need to change this Policy and our notices from time to time. Any updates will be posted online with an effective date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
